Full-service Offerings

Help in design and pre-construction phases (architect, interior designer, permits, site preparation etc.); construction process management with all that is encompasses while being in constant touch with our clients; final product delivery with all necessary client education; warranty and maintenance care

Competitive Pricing

We will offer you a couple of options as far as the pricing for our services. Our preffered options are: "Cost-plus” pricing, where we will charge an agreed percentage on top of each expense (material and labour) – the percentage depends on the size of the project and usually ranges between 10 and 25 percent. Fixed management fee, where we agree on a fixed fee for our service and work out a payment plan which is divided into stages.

Energy Efficiency

We always stress the need to deliver product (project) that will greatly reduce our clients’ energy consumption for years to come. We educate ourselves in latest technologies, special programs, government incentives and more in order to either completely eliminate your energy costs (net-zero homes) or at the very least drastically reduce them.

Residential Construction

We will gladly get involved at the design stage and then offer you first-class care during the execution which will result in first-class final product: your new custom home or a new addition to existing.

Commercial Construction

Whether you are looking to build a new office space, restaurant or store we will apply the same care and attention as we do when building a new custom home or remodeling one.
